5- How can I deposit my tuition fees?
The new enrollment student can deposit the tuition fee with temporary number that given to them and if the students are enrolled as previous years can deposit the tuition fess with Foreign Identity Number to the bank branches and ATM.
You can make an appplication with yos exam of other universitys.
6- What happens if I miss the registration date?
If you do not register between first register date you will lose your register right.
7- Where can I get my Equivalency Certificate?
Equivalency process is organized by Directorates of National Education in Turkey and Education Consultancy and Education Embassies in abroad. You can make an application for Equivalency Certificate to these institutions. But Equivalency process can be done with the original documents such as school report, transcript, student document, leaving certificate and diploma that is taken from the received the education in primary and secondary education institutions in abroad. If you lose these original documents, you can apply and take the approved copy one from your school in abroad and then you can make your application with these approved documents.
8- Do I have to make apostille for all my application documents?
Apostille is required for all your documents.
9- When can I get my Student Idendity Card?
You can get from Student Affairs approximately after one month from your register date.
10- When can I get student document?
You can get from Student Affairs after one day from your register date.
11- Which transactions can I do with my Student Identity Card?
* You can use;
* During entry and exit to University
* For eating at dining hall
* For take advantage of the library services
* İn public transport instead of Card 54
12- What should I do if I lost my Student Identity Card?
After put an advertise on local or national newspapers you must apply to the identity printing office with notice clipping.
13- How can I make an application to dining scholarship?
You can apply with a filling scholarship application form that is determined dates by the Faculty. The list of admitted is announced on the Faculty announcement board.
14- Can international students benefit from exchange programs?
International students can benefit from exchange programs (Mevlana, Farabi, ERASMUS).
15- I want to disenroll at University, what can I do?
After fill in the discharge form and discharge petition that you can find in Directorate of Student Affairs, you need sign these document to related places and you can receive your personal documents from your Unit Officer.
16- I want to suspend my study, what can I do?
Students may request to suspend the study due to health, military service, financial, personal or academic reasons, family circumstances, education abroad or unexpected an unavoidable circumstances on condition that necessary documents are presented. You may apply to the Faculty with a petition to request to suspend your study before education period begins.
17- What are the housing opportunities in Sakarya?
You can benefit from University Dormitory, Private Dormitory, KYK State Dormitory.
18- When the penalty is deleted because of from disciplinary action?
The penalties are not deleted from your registry because of from disciplinary action.
19- When is deadline of application for insurance process?
It must be done within a three months after the first exact registration date. You are not allowed to apply again to whole of your period of study but you can apply to the private insurances.
20- How can I apply to the Residence Permit?
The process of Residence permit is carried out by provincial directorate of migration management.
21- What is the card 54? How can I apply?
Card 54 is a discount card that can be used in public transport. Instead of Card 54 you can use your Student Card. Therefore, you need activate your Student Card from Card 54 Office in Campus.
22- I’m studying in another University now, what should I do for study at your University?
First of all you must make an application at Sakarya University. When you are eligible to admitted need to delete your registration from your University that you are currently study and then register at Sakarya University.
23- Can I study in two Bachelor programs at the same time?
You can not study in two Bachelor programs at the same time. If you want you can study one Bachelor program and one Associate Degree at the same time.
24- How can I change my department?
You should make an application again to International Student Quota.
When you are admitted you should cancel your register from your department that you already have registered and you can register to your chosen department.
25- What happens status of students who they do not renewal of registration?
If you do not renewal your register you can not benefit from students rights.
Information of these students who do not renewal their enrollment are reported related places.(Safety, YTB, etc)
26- What is the Foreign ID Number? Where do you get it from?
ID number is given to the foreigners who reside in Turkey more than three months. It will be written on the residence permit document if it’s taken within the three month. After The application for residence permit certificate to the Ministry of Interior, department of provincial directorate of migration management.
